Living the Path
of Fire and Light
The brisk morning (48°!!) and the moon hovering over the yajna shala (shelter for fire ceremonies) in the early dawn brought back memories of the Maha Kumbha Mela in Allahabad for many us.

The same mantras rang out in still morning air and the fire sprang to life. Thus began the rudra yaga, a ritual offering to the ceremonial fire.

For the next 10 days we’ll be reciting the mantras of the rudra yaga at 6 am and 5 pm, with on-going offerings throughout the day.
